Registration for JTC's Spring Musical

ONCE UPON A MATTRESS

Open to Jefferson students grades 9-12. Auditions to determine roles will be by video audition due on or before January 26.

Callbacks will be posted by February 1st. Callbacks occur February 3rd from 4:30-7:30 pm in the Jefferson choir room.

Please complete ALL registration steps:

ACTORS Checklist:

Fill out and submit registration form and payment (or request scholarship) - You must register here BEFORE submitting your audition video!
Please submit a video of singing a verse and a chorus 45-60 seconds of an uptempo song from a musical to bohnsorg@isd271.org on or before January 26th.
Callbacks will be posted by February 1st. Callbacks occur February 3rd from 4:30-7:30 pm in the Jefferson choir room.
Double check you submitted both the JTC Registration fee (scholarship option available as usual) and the BPS Activity Fee.

PIT ORCHESTRA:

Students interested in the pit orchestra please email: elliotdouma@gmail.com

TECH/Stage Crew:

Students interested in TECH should fill out the registration form but do not need to submit an audition video. Complete the registration form on or before January 26th to be considered.

REHEARSALS:

Generally Monday-Friday (excluding Thursdays during Showchoir season) starting February 6th and continuing through April 15th.

Each participant is required to do 6 hours of set construction which usually occurs on Saturdays or days we don’t have rehearsal.

April 16th at 3:30PM

April 17th at 7:00PM

April 18th at 7:00PM

April 19th at 1:00PM

April 24th at 7:00PM

April 25th at 7:00PM

*April 26th mandatory strike followed by cast party

Fees

Do not submit payment until you receive your show participation invitation. Upon receiving your role, you will be sent an email with payment links to complete your registration at that time:

Pay JTC show registration fee $125 for actors and $75 for tech OR request scholarship
